The video gives us information on seven energy: the solar energy, the wind energy, the hydro or water energy, the geothermal energy, the tidal energy, the wave energy and the biomass energy.
Wind energy: Wind generally blows at 160 KMPH, a 8m/s breeze blowing through a 100 meter diameter rotor wold move almost 77000 kilograms of air per second producing 2.5 MW of energy.
Hydro or water energy: Highest used renewable source, very high potential, hydroelectric power sources dams.
Geothermal energy: It is strictly not a renewable source as it can get depleted over time at a location, geysers are the source of geothermal energy.
Tidal energy: It is the power achieved by capturing energy contained in moving mass due to tides.
Wave energy: It is energy of ocean surface waves and capturing it to get useful work.
Biomass energy: Biomass includes biodegradable waste that can be burnt as fuel.
